Mission Statement
The mission of the Human Resources Department is to provide effective employment-related services to City departments, employees, and the public. The Human Resources Department provides direct services to our employees and citizens through seven divisions: Administration, Benefits, Compensation, Employment, HRIS, Labor Relations, and Safety.
